Brazil nuts are well known for their high selenium content, which is essential to support a healthy immune system. A single Brazil nut can contain 68-91mcg of selenium, easily meeting the recommended daily allowance of between 60-75 mcg.

Got this along with matcha cashew butter, this is the first time I have Brazil nut butter, so I don’t know what to expect. The taste is less strong relative to cashew butter, but it definitely feels nutty, it goes quite nice with honey.
